From inside out, this project is meant to be appreciated. Focused on little things to the most aesthetically relevant elements such wide windows on each apartment, the central axis is inspired by the anatomy of Cenotes where the water hole is represented by the pool each of the apartments symbolize stone and vegetation of the same. The building materials are from the region such as Chukum, Sascab and endemic vegetation to create a connection with the area.
“Birth of a Star” that is what this project stands for, taken directly from the mayan language is a way of creating a relationship with the region and
what it represents for us as a project: The birth of a dream.
